  • Do you offer a short code or a private number for texting?
    Both. The base plans come with a short code standard and for a small up-charge, your brand can have your own private number. Let's talk about which would be best for your brand.
  • What is a KEYWORD?
    A keyword is a short, easy to remember and easy to spell word that someone texts to your text number to get something in return. When they send in the keyword, a response is triggered and delivered to the person who sent the keyword. All types of media can be attached to a keyword response.
  • What are mobile landing pages?
    Mobile landing pages are mobile optimized websites that are hosted by our platform on your behalf. Mobile landing pages have very specific purposes. Mobile landing pages capture phone numbers, email addresses and can have exceptional design like a regular website does. All of the typical media that can be found used in a full sized website can also be used in a mobile landing page creating an exceptional mobile experience for the user and a successful marketing event for your business or brand.
  • What are ONE-TIME use digital coupons?
    Most businesses want to create great deals for new customers to try out their products or services but, they don't want the discounts to be abused or shared in excess. A digital, one-time-use mobile coupon is a unique offer that is only allowed to be used one time per individual and can't be reused or shared due to it having a unique code or bar-code. You get the benefit of letting a new customer or client try your product without it getting what we call “used-and-abused”.
  • What are ADVANCED AUTOMATIONS?
    Advanced automations are automated messages or media (images, coupons, video or audio) delivered through links, SMS and/or email to your contacts based on what they engaged with in your text, email or mobile landing page. An example of this would be when someone wants to use a digital, one-time use coupon but hasn't yet and the expiration date is approaching. Advanced automations will deliver a reminder to the individual so they have a chance to use your one-time offer before it's gone. Another example would be, that after the automation trigger that reminds them to use the offer before it's expired, they still do not use the offer, another automation can let them know about an additional offer or detail about your brand. This can go on for several, even many automations until they take the action you want them to take, giving your product a try. Simply stated, advanced automations make sure none of your contacts, clients, customers or subscribers slip through the cracks. They can always be communicated with through automated means.
  • What is a CREDIT? Do I have to pay per message in addition to my monthly investment?
    Each subscription level receives an allotted amount of “credits”. The amount of credits are different per account level. When you send either text or email messages, you are using credits. Should you find that you need more credits, which usually means your business is growing, you can purchase more credits to accommodate the new contact growth. Credits are $.03 per credit. EX: 1000 additional credits will be a $30 investment.
